Mundy / Cape Horn

On Coquitlam's eastern side, this grouping brings together Ranch Park, Meadow Brook, the sizeable Coquitlam East pocket and small Cape Horn. It is a down-to-earth, family-minded corner of the city that offers solid value and sits close to transit and shops. Ranch Park in particular looks out over the town centre toward Burke Mountain and the Golden Ears, with detached houses set on appealing lots.
